After you have your survey form to your device and have selected the one you want to work with, it is time to capture data.

If you want to fill in a new form, click on the ‘+’ icon. If you have a non-monitoring survey, you will access the list of questions directly. Start answering them. For more details on how different question types appear on your device, check here.
