Every time you open the Flow app (and you are connected to internet) it checks for newly assigned forms and updates to existing forms. If there are new or updated forms available, these are downloaded automatically. This is the easiest way to get a survey form to your device.
On the online space, the project manager can assign a form or set of forms to your device, as described here: Viewing and creating survey assignments. Assigned forms are automatically downloaded from the Flow server when your phone is turned on, provided you have internet or network connectivity.
The Flow app checks regularly for new surveys assigned to your device. You can force the download of surveys by closing the app fully (that it does not run in the background anymore) and opening it again, or by going to Settings and Reloading all surveys.
